- Account & authentication: usernames, passwords or SSO identifiers (if you create an account).
- Business communications: messages sent to us (e.g., RFQs, support tickets, project files, CAD/BOM/DFM data, purchase orders, NDAs, SOWs), meeting notes, survey responses.
- Payment & billing: billing address, tax IDs, purchase history, last four digits of card (if processed via a third‑party processor); we do not store full card numbers.
- Event/marketing interactions: webinar registrations, downloads, preferences, and consent choices.
- Job applicants: résumé/CV, cover letter, employment and education history, references, and other recruitment data you submit.
b) Information collected automatically
- Device/usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, and interactions.
- Cookies & similar technologies: used for session management, analytics, remembering preferences, and (where enabled) marketing attribution. See Section 10.
